Wroot Homes is a family run house builder based in North Lincolnshire. We’ve been building homes in the villages we know best, from our developments at Lakeside in Ealand, including Lakeside View, Brickyard Court, Willow Close and Flax Mill Way, to our latest, Cherry Tree Farm in Eastoft.

We build a small number of homes at a time, and we build them properly. Each one combines traditional brick built character with the things a modern home should have: solar panels, air source heat pumps, underfloor heating and EV charging.

Because we use trusted local trades and suppliers, we know who has worked on every home we hand over.
